CONDITIONED CRAWLSPACE

This is a crawl space that has a diffuser that gives it the same heat and air conditioning as your house. The crawlspace is tightly sealed by all exterior foundation vents, water pipes, wiring, to give it the perfect seal.. The foundation walls are insulated with a R-10 insulation that is waterproof. To complete the moisture control we install a 10 mil white liner. This meets all North Carolina Code Requirements. 


In either situation whether it be conditioned crawl space or traditional crawlspace mold remediation is included.


BLOWN-IN INSULATION

Also known as loosefill insulation is commonly used in attics, walls, and other areas that are hard to reach. It fills in any gaps and allows it to cover a large area evenly providing a seamless thermal barrier.

SPRAY FOAM

We can install open cell or closed cell based on your needs. This covers various inches of foam and R-value
